FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App are tools for aviation calculations and weather reports. By using any of the services within FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, you become bound by the contents of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the services provided by FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App. If you violate these Terms and Conditions in any way, you may lose your right to use any and all services on FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App.
Terms and Conditions govern all use of FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, and all of the services and content therein. If any modification or upgrade should be made to FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, these Terms and Conditions still apply. If these Terms and Conditions are modified or upgraded in any way, your continued use of FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App indicates your continued acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If at any time you do not agree to abide by any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App.
Currently, all services on FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM are free.
FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App are presented for educational purposes only. They should never be used as the sole source of information. The pilot in command and flight dispatchers are solely responsible for assuring correct data prior to or during the flight. By using FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, you agree that FLIGHTSUPPORT24 cannot be held liable for any claims, expenses, damages, injuries, or deaths arising from your use or misuse of FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App. This includes, but is not limited to, those resulting from any violation on your part of these Terms and Conditions.
FLIGHTSUPPORT24 may delete or modify any content from FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App at any time at FLIGHTSUPPORT24’s own discretion. FLIGHTSUPPORT24 has no responsibility to maintain or continue to run FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App; at any time and for any reason, FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App’s content or services may be modified or deleted.
FLIGHTSUPPORT24 makes no guarantee that the content and services of FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App will be free of errors, or that access to either, at any time, will be continuous or without interruption. FLIGHTSUPPORT24 cannot be held liable for such cases, or for any damages, any amount of money, or for providing substitute products or services. These restrictions on liability will not apply in the event that they extend beyond applicable law.
FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM’s and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App’s weather and airport data services come from AviationWeather.gov and FAA.gov, ICAO.int, FLIGHTSUPPORT24 is not responsible for maintaining these sites and cannot guarantee complete or uninterrupted service for any content that depends on either of these sites.
By using FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, you agree that your use of such and all the content and services within will comply with these Terms and Conditions, with FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App’s Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws in your local area as well as your country, state, city, or other governed area. You also agree that your use of FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party.FLIGHTSUPPORT24 is the sole owner of all content on FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App, unless otherwise stated. You may not store sensitive information on FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App. FLIGHTSUPPORT24 can have no liability for any of your personal information. All stored data from FLIGHTSUPPORT24.COM and/or the FLIGHTSUPPORT24 App is held locally on your device and has no contact with FLIGHTSUPPORT24’s servers.

In the event that users’ personal data is compromised, FLIGHTSUPPORT24 will notify users and will work to promptly remedy the situation.
